An upper level disturbance that has been soaking parts of Texas and Oklahoma the past couple of days is weakening today and slowly moving to the northeast. Scattered showers have been occurring this afternoon over the area and are possible thru tomorrow. Seasonal temperatures are expected thru mid week.
By then, the high pressure will move east of the state, allowing the return of Gulf moisture to our area. A trough out west will begin affecting the SEARK by the weeks end. Severe weather is a definite possibility by next weekend.
