The SEARK may be under the gun for potential severe weather today, especially this afternoon. Parts of the state have already experienced some.
The NWS says, "DUE TO A LARGE AMOUNT OF WIND ENERGY SURROUNDING THE SYSTEM...AND
WINDS TURNING WITH HEIGHT...ANY STORMS THAT BECOME SEVERE WILL BE
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING STRONG TO DAMAGING WINDS ALONG WITH ISOLATEDTORNADOES."
Especially if that sun pokes it's head out this morning!! Most likely time would be this afternoon until sunset. The Storm Prediction Center is contemplating putting Watch out for East AR.
