It's Out! Accuweather.com's Winter Weather Forecast

The 2009-2010 Accuweather.com Winter Weather Forecast has been released and if indeed their forecast is ACCUrate (they predicted this past summer very well), it may be a very cold and icy winter for us here in the SEARK.
