Monday is Off to a Wet Start

Monday morning weather is off to a "moist" start with another wave of rain rotating thru the Seark.  Moderate to heavy showers have move into the area during the last three hours.  Not much has changed in the forecast as the stubborn upper level system is quagmired over in NE Texas area, moving ever so slowly-northeast.  It is not out of the realm of possibility for some areas of the Seark to pick up another inch an a half to two inches the next 36 hours.  An isolated thunderstorm or two is possible, especially if we get any breaks in the clouds that would allow for some diurnal heating.

It is expected by Wednesday that the system will be to the east of us-allowing a little more dry air to filter into the area.  Let's hope so!
