For the next few days (and through the Labor Day weekend), the SEARK will influenced by a series of upper level disturbances that will travel along the quasi-stationary cold front is draped across the Midwest and southern portions of the country. Due to lack of instability, a severe weather outbreak is not anticipated. However, if we have enough daytime heating late in the weekend, an isolated heavy thunderstorm with heavy rain can never be ruled out.
